Urgent help needed please…

Update! I'm back, and after 26 days, my account is unlocked! I'm not sure what did it, or what combination of things and help I've had from many people contacting FB on my behalf, and perhaps I'll never know, but to anyone who helped, thank you SO much! :)

So, on to how you can help… On June 3rd in the middle of posting about our UK Ancestral Health Festival in August, I suddenly got a message saying there was a cybersecurity check needed (not a content violation for once!), and I had to make an appeal, which I did. Since then, despite many emails and messages via every route ChatGPT suggested, I am still locked out. The message they suggested I send is below, adapted for a third party, as they also suggested that might help. Below that are screenshots of the messages I get, unable to appeal.

Apparently, if enough people who have Facebook also send that message, it can dramatically increase the chances of getting some human attention to sort this out. You can send it by email to support@fb.com or by shaking your phone when you have Facebook or Instagram open to trigger the “report a problem” link. Anyone who has Meta for business can also submit it via the chat there. Including screenshots below can also help.

Thank you in advance to anyone who is willing to help. This account has over 5000 followers, it goes back to 2008 and has a ton of great content, precious family photos and videos, and is also the main way I get consultations and publicise our live events, so it’s crippling me to be shut down. It also gave me access to the pages and groups that I set up over the years with around 30,000 members and followers total, plus access to Facebook Messenger where I had hundreds of messages both personal and business.

Also, if any of you or anyone you know has had this issue in the past and has resolved it, please do contact me with any ideas you might have.

A friend is still locked out of his Facebook account (linked below) after a false flag cybersecurity suspension.

He completed the head-movement verification as requested, but never had the chance to upload ID. Since then, he’s been stuck in a loop saying he’s “already submitted an appeal” but cannot proceed or resubmit.

This account is critical to his business, and he’s had it since 2008. Please help him resolve this. He is ready to submit official ID or any further verification needed.

His account was suspended under a cybersecurity violation, but he’s completed the facial verification and submitted an appeal.
