Useless anecdotes – Eris – shingles, IBS, joint pain.

This is the first in my Red Pill Sangha useless anecdotes series, this time with my good friend Eris Fellmeth.

Eris Fellmeth is a 40 years old Canadian/German musician and owner of a small building automation company. Self reflection became a normality for Eris at a young age. Mostly healthy and very athletic life took a strange turn for him in his early 20s when he developed shingles. Mitigating the disease by learning how not to fuel it; living a normal life became once again possible. As the years went on, immune system issues and IBS slowly crept in until eventually Eris began an elimination diet that inevitably lead him to carnivory. He is now stronger and wittier than ever.
